Rude customer service. Me and one other lady was there but she was not ordering food she was having a conversation in their... language with the owners behind the counter. I was literally standing there waiting to order and not once did they acknowledgeme, say be right with you, OR simply stop gossiping and take care of your customer! I was getting ready to leave when the ladywas like what would like?she never said sorry or nothing! ALSO they only had 2 types of bread there and the lettuce lookedquestionable! New seating, clean dining area, and friendly staff. Otherwise, just what you would expect from Subway.
Store hours say 7am -10pm . I arrived at 7:30am the front door wasn't open but their were student sleeping on the tables. I... taped on the door and a kid told me to walk around to the back. Soon as I walk up to the counter the lady said 10 minutes tillready. Maybe they need reliable employees but this establishment needs more organization. Even had to wait on the toaster. The update to the place is nice but what there employees were trying to serve to there customers including me was just horrible.... Rotten vegetables. Expired meats. Outdated mayo and more. Hire someone with experience with food not just any random MF. Neveragain. Avoid at all costs. Read more
Sign on the door (and Google) both say open at 8am, so I walked the 5 blocks from the hotel to find one of "the few places open... at 830". They were not, in fact, open at 8am. ???? Read more
