Zero Stars! Veggies look discolored like they have been refrigerated at the wrong temperature. When I told the person who was... making my sandwich that those veggies needed to be changed they told me no. I said I didn't want the sandwich just the chipscookies and beverage then cashier than tossed the cookies at me and charged me and then got upset when I asked for my receipt.Another customer asked for a manager and was denied to speak with them. The food was fine. BUT there was a huge lack of courtesy. Staff approached me while eating and accused us of not paying for... some of our food. Staff acknowleged that he didn't see 2 chips when we paid. I was accused of stealing chips..which I hadn't. I went to counter and paid the $1.22. I don't appreciate being called a liar when it was staff who made an error. I wouldhave appreciated if he said, he made a mistake. It was a very poor experience. Read more

I just tried the new smokehouse BBQ chicken sub that is new at Subway. I like this bbq sandwich way better than their last... attempt with the pulled pork. I don't think the difference is in the meat, however. The sauce tastes very different than theirlast one. This one has more kick to it, whereas the pulled pork was very bland. To my best knowledge I ordered them the sameway, so I can attribute the difference only to the meat/sauce combination. The chicken version was also much cheaper, as I got afootlong for only $6, plus tax. The pulled pork sub was at least another dollar, probably more. I would definitely have itagain, and I hope they keep this on on their menu. Read more
