Sandwich was visibly burned. You could hear the toaster oven alert them twice but they left my sandwich in there. When I asked... they assured that was how the ultimate garlic bread sandwiches look. Go to eat it and sure enough it was a roasted sandwich.Middle of the sandwich wasn't bad but 3 inches on each end were hard and burned. Wouldn't make a new one for me. Read more

I would give this place a zero if I could. Every single time you go here, it's a disappointment. And when you try to get the... problem fixed, you're always met with the nastiest attitude. The only reason I go is because of the proximity from my job but Iwould rather walk 15 minutes somewhere else. Today was the last straw. I placed an order to pick up before heading to work. WhenI get there, the lady tells me they don?t have my bread right now but they?re making more but she made my sandwich on regularitalian bread while I wait. I was okay with waiting but I needed to get to work so I asked how long would it take. To whichanother responded ?you have to wait!? That was never the issue, I would just like to know when to come back. After 30 minutes, Icome back and the bread is ready but when I try to leave the lady starts yelling that I need to pay for it. I remind her of mypick up order and she said I already got it. When I tell her her coworker said to keep it, she changed her story and says thatwas never the case. I had offered the first sandwich to a coworker so it wouldn?t go to waste so I only returned with half andthe lady literally opens the seconds one up to give the the half.
