Terrible service, one guy behind the counter doing everything. Was not a participating location for the free 6 inch sub for... their new menu promotion. I recommend the location at Foster and Kedzie. Not only did they honor the aforementioned, advertisedpromotion for 7/12/22, the service was also much better. There were 3 employees all of which were fast and friendly. The service is good and I really like how they?re open early because very few other places in the area are at that time for food... before I go to work, but there are times when they straight up refuse to take coupons for some reason which is why I can?t giveit a 5 Read more
Lived down the street from this location for a while so this became my regular spot for a quick lunch. The food quality is... pretty middle of the road most times. But the biggest flaw is in its ownership and some of the employees. There are times whenplacing an order that employees dont understand your instructions and make a mistake. Except, when you call it out and tell themthey made a mistake and correct them, they will scoff and yell at you as if it were your fault. Read more
Subways are almost a dime a dozen, and this one was worth about 4 cents on that rating scale. The staff was marginally... competent, and our particular "sandwich maker" was very clearly in the infancy of his training. Made worse was the fact hiscommand of English was limited at best. The food was of average Subway quality. It's kind of hard to really screw up a chickensandwich. The very small dining room was a bit dirty, and neither our table nor any other appeared to have cleaned recently. Forsome unexplained reason the bathrooms were out of order, and chairs piled up in front of the bathroom doors suggest a lack ofrecent accessibility. I've been there couple of times and seems like the lady there is always mad... Especially when I ask everything on it..!! And... 2 or 3 guys begging for money right outside the door.. I know is not their fault but I don't feel good that every time there'ssomeone asking for money.. Read more
Walked in after 12. Guy was on phone sitting down. Nothing was ready ,no soup on , no chips on rack. . Really disappointed. ... Like if you didn't feel like working just call off. To add on, I only had the choice of blt. Oven roasted chicken. & steak ncheese. . For my sandwich tonight Read more
