This is my 2nd time in a year ive been to a subways sandwiche store. The first was is now closed which is great because... management had such a bad attitude. I was disappointed the first time and I was disappointed this time. It was lackluster, thesandwiches was.ok,but I've made better sandwichesat home. Tried to order a footlong cold cut combo. I wanted to sub the turkey for ham. They told me I had to pay extra. Fine! The man... making my sandwich had no mask on, and didn?t know which meat was ham. The other woman working with him didn?t know which meatwas ham. The third worker who just arrived didn?t know what ham was. How is this possible? What do you ppl tell the healthdepartment??? Subway has never been the best subs on the market but these sandwiches fit into my Weight watchers points so I'm back to eating... them. A worker was unpacking the turkey to be place on the food bar and I noticed Subway has starting slicing their meat SUPERTHIN. I ordered the 6in turkey and could NOT taste the meat. That's shameful because the price is still the same. I wish therewere another sub shops with low WW points. I would go. Read more

The ingredients looked super fresh when I went last night. The man at the counter was an African male and he was on the phone!!!... On his headphones. I thought he was talking to me until I realized I didnt understand a word he was saying. But he made the foodnice. The place looked clean. But the wait time to make two sandwiches was long as hell because he was holding a conversationwith someone else. My sister even said he might be able to move faster if he wasnt on that damn phone. As a customer about togive money I want your undivided attention. I cant rate the food because it wasnt for me but it looked nice. Word of advice stayoff the phone while people in the store. I have been to this subway for years & have always had a pleasant experience with good service. But today 7-19-17 at 12:30pm the... service was terrible.I asked for spinach on my sandwich she tried to put 3pc on a ft.long and spread it out as she did with theother veggies.I asked can she put more veggies & her attitude was funky... the man helping with food & check out was veryrude as well.while I'm paying for my food he is having conversation with a man whom was suppose to work that lied & didn't showup. I know this info because the conversation was had while i was paying for my food..by the way I paid $16 & some change for 2sandwiches i should be able to have some veggies.. without an attitude ..besides they don't want to give you enough meat withbad service.. now I've been here before under the new management after the store wad sold and never had terrible service likethis... time to find another sub way to visit Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE GO IN HYDE PARK!!! Service is bad , not clean and bread is mixed all in with all the other bread.
