The Indian Lady is racist with a nasty attitude? I told her I can?t hear her she Was talking fast and low, she started yelling... talking very loud!!! I?m front of others, told her she was being rude she tried arguing I refused I?m professional ?. I had satthere and saw her talk crazy to 3 different black people in a row because she was the only one working and had a line. I work the late night shift, so having an option for my lunch break was awesome, I've ate from this store plenty of times in... the past but this time, Sunday 08-21-22, had me feeling like death, I had bought broccoli soup for me and chili for the hubbywell when 6am rolls around I'm throwing up like the exorcist, my stomach was cramping so bad, I was miserable, and sick in bedfor 4 days, mind you the hubby ate his chili and was perfectly fine, so I'm guessing the broccoli was old and was sittingthere all day, . Subway is one of my favorite restaurants, so I'm sadden to have to steer clear of them,. So much for the newmenu right? Read more

I wasn't thinking on the attitude that this location. I actually walked out. I'm not going to say that they have that attitude... with everyone but they definitely had a total negative vibe going when I was in there. Read more

This was my third restaurant that I visited disease the other two were not open I was greeted by the employee and I thought to... myself finally I would be able to get a good meal during my Uber shift. 1.I noticed the employee was not wearing a mask (Ishould have left at that time). 2. As I was getting my veggie patty sandwich prepared I observe that the vegetable toppingswere not fresh. They had to be in the serving area for more than two shifts. I really don't think I'm going to visit this Placeanymore. Not very sanitary. Is customer service and the food industry going to hell in a handbasket? Read more

Unsanitary. Needs to shut down.Visited this place September 22nd,2021 around 11pm. When I walked in there was a dark-sinned... pregnant woman with braids who unhappily greeted me. She was preparing an Uber order and there was just one guy in line. What Inoticed was that she was talking loudly over the food she was preparing to the customer. I could literally see the droplets gointo the sandwiches. There is a state law that all Subway employees wear a mask to ensure the safety of all customers. I had toask her if she had a mask because she was wearing no mask. She rudely with attitude said ?NO.? And dismissed me. At that momentcoincidentally another crew member (I think the manager he had on a different color shirt) walks in. He?s also not wearing on amask. I politely ask him ?Excuse me sir, are your employees not able to wear on masks when making subs?? And he replied ?I meanit?s their choice? and I had to remind him ?Subway Franchise requires all employees to wear masks, it?s an Illinois mandatoryorder,your employee is literally talking over the food with no mask on ?and this man responds ?well it?s up to you if you wantto stay here and get a sandwich or you can go somewhere else?.
