Disabled person could not get a sandwich as he was seen as causing a problem when his card was not activated to use at the point... of sale . Update I plan to visit here since last year July...I will ask again nearly weekly can I have a sandwich today.. if hesays no I'll ask again tommorow... I can get a sandwich delivered by a friend if I needed cold cuts let's be honest .. I likethe staff I but local I have them as a friend and if you can't trust your sandwich who can you eat with ???? I got there at 1am and saw a sign that said 2for$12 footlongs after 4pm everyday and all day Sunday. So I asked the guy is... that all subs and can I get that...he tells me no its 4pm-4am and I'm like yeah it's 1am now...so he says it again "no 4pm-4am!"I'm like 1am is between 4pm and 4am so what are you talking about? so once again he says 4pm-4am, im about to get upset withthis guy so I just told him he doesn't make any sense and I ordered my subs. Trifling! I ordered through the App and when i got there to pick up he was not even started and then out of Nowhere he all of... sudden needed my ID for my order even though i had the app up and email showing. He literally said i can't make it even thoughthey never asked me for ID before. He said it would auto cancel since it was Never picked up and that was a lie i had to thedispute it through my bank. The employees were awful! After asking if my two sandwiches were in the same order, a newer employee (no name tags on either to... even identify them), tried to charge me twice for my Ultimate Steak sandwich. While preparing my sandwich, I was asked in a verydisrespectful way what I wanted and got my sandwich thrown at the counter. Read more
