They can charge me extra for any ingredient on MY custom sandwich. But they'd rather deny me for what I asked for and say you... can't put that on this sandwich. Yes you can... learn to add ingredients on the register and charge me for it. Read more

I went last night and I needed to use restroom. Worker buzzed me to restroom. Came out and ordered food. I had to instruct ... worker multiple times what sanwich, bread and cheese I wanted. Proceeded to veggies. The worker was pinches of each vegetable.I called him out on it, and he still would pinch veggies. What is the deal with that Subway? Let me guess, it's easier tograb less than more. Proceeded to register and pay. Ordered 2 footlongs. One turkey, lettuce and mayo on italian bread, onesubway club on flatbread. Price with chips was 17 or 18 not sure. I had drink right in front of guy, he did not charge me fordrink, so I look at receipt and thought that was high, I was charged full price for subs, even though promotion outside says2 for 12. Worker explained that it was after midnight. Sandwoches were charged at 12:07 am. I had to use the bathroom whichtook like 5 to 10 minutes. Worker said I should have let him know and there was nothing he can do. Proceeded to charge me forfountain drink, I paid and advised him I will NEVER go to Subway again. He didnt care. First off, the sign does not have a timeframe when promotion finishes. I was there before midnight, he was making orders for other customers so I decided to userestroom. Workers lack of empathy has left me feeling disenfranchised with Subway as I am a frequent customer. You have lost alifelong customer. I've just went with my girl friend and John was the staff that served us. He was terrible rude about my choice. I've order a... veggie sandwich and his comments were annoying and I didn't know I had to ask for the veggie pattie first with the bread, so Iordered it at the end. I am not working at the place so he shouldn't argue with me. The another server Viridiana was very kindand did apologize with me about her rude partner. Read more
