So today I stopped by the subway because I was so famished. A few observation about this restaurant is that the veggies were... fresh. I also realize the restaurant is officially closed at 9 pm but at 6.00 pm the dining area in the restaurant was closedearly. That was interesting. Additionally, the server did not wash his hands but went right to the food. After kindly requestingthat his hands be washed he started to prepare my basil tuna wrap. I must say this was the first time I have ever tasted a wrapso bland and unpleasant. Ididn't understand how you could mess up a wrap. It is just vegetables. I personally won't go back. Read more
I ordered a chicken salad that had about 8 piece's of lettuce, 3 piece's of spinach, 3 slice's of tomatoes. I did get enough... chicken but nothing to eat with it. Won't be going back. Read more
Every thing is always so fresh
The customer service was very short and not really welcoming. The employee made it up with making a BOMB spinach veggie wrap!... OMG! If I need another quick meal, I know I will be coming to this location. Hopefully the customer service is better. :) Read more
I have visited this Subway a couple of times in the past, but did not review it because I was not sure if I would become a... regular. I rarely stop in because of there being a Pete's Fresh Market in the complex, which normally is what I settle forversus a Subway visit. Nothing wrong with this restaurant, it is just that I always feel that I can pick up other needed groceryitems while at the Pete's Fresh Market versus just a Sub-of-the-day at Subway. Thus far within the handful of times I havevisited I have no complaints! I can only speak for myself, but with the presence of this Subway in the neighborhood it gives mea healthier choice compared to other selections near East Garfield Park, which are mostly unhealthy choices. Subway is also thecheaper option, so why choose a unhealthy restaurant when you can eat fresh and healthy while staying on a budget atSubway. With the addition of other businesses in the complex, the parking lot tends to be chaotic in the afternoon hours whenmany are getting off of work.
