Great place for a quick bite. Service was great, kid likes the sandwiches, and cookies. Fresh food for a quick weekday dinner.
The manger or owner told me they do NOT HONOR ANY OF THE SUBWAY DEALS. And proceeds to tell me none of the subways do the deals... within the area. They won't even do the app deals. He was very rude. I ended up going to ???? ???? subs They're awesome. Read more
I was in here March 13@ about 3:30, a 61° unseasonably warm day in Chicago. Now you know 61° brings out a certain type of crow... in The Chi and this young lady had her share, including me. I didn't get her name, but she remained poised, polite andremarkably efficient. Made a wonderful sandwich too. She deserves 7 stars and a raise!!! Read more
This place is inconsiderate of their customers. The workers are horrible. Their mean and treat the customers disrespectfully.... Seriously get a better job if you hate it so much. Asked for a cup for water and the guy snapped at me for asking. Asked forspinach, they gave me wilted leafs and when I asked for fresh ones they told me and the next customer they didn't have any. Butguess what! They pulled out FRESH SPINACH they just magically appeared with! Do NOT go to this place. I'd travel out of my wayto go to a different subway if that's the case. i?m officially done with this place. BEWARE WHEN YOU GO HERE!!!! VEGETABLES ARE NOT FRESH!!!!! i?ve had so many issues with this... place i can?t stand it. they tried over charging me one time for a footlong by charging it as two 6-inches. then when i toldthem the price is higher than what i usually pay i had to explain to them like they were 5 years old why i was beingovercharged. but besides that, they?re just nasty. i?ve been in here and questioned the look of their lettuce but i didn?t wantto do too much. and now today i go in and i?m getting two sandwiches and i notice there is an entire stack of moldy tomatoes. ipoint out the molded tomatoes and the sandwich maker first acts like he doesn?t see the mold and THEN when i take a picture andshow it directly to him he tries to say that it?s lettuce WHEN I CAN CLEARLY SEE WITH MY OWN FKN EYES IT IS MOLD!!!!!! i?mDONE!!! these people are nasty and they?re going to get someone sick!!!!!!
