This subway is falling apart. Credit machine is doing the stanky leg, the booths have holes in them, tables are tilted. Chips... are held in the back, soda machine is broken, and why did i need a mask if the man making my sandwhich didnt have one? Read more
I ordered doordash from this location the sandwich finally came after a hour or so and it was unbelievably cold. After I put it... in my oven so it was atleast some what edible because after sitting in their shop in a bag waiting to head out the door for solong instead of them not being lazy and just making my sandwiches when the door dasher arrived so they arrived to me warm andnot all soggy. This wasn?t the only problem as I ate one half of my footlong which was super soggy and wet I was trying to FORCEthe other half down. Half way through the last half of the sandwich I bit into a piece of hair that was wedged far into thesandwich. Which also got stuck in my tooth. This was one of my worst experiences ever. Yesterday placed order on the Mobil app for 3 sandwiches for my kids for lunch. I arrive at the store at 7:30am to pickup order... the guy says we don't prepare online orders until you come in and show I'd! Are you serious? Show him I'd he than starts toprepare sandwiches moving slowly as possible and goes to toast them, I said they are not toasted he continues to go to toast. Isaid what sense does that make when I placed the order, and you am telling you we don't want them toasted. He begins to arguewith me. So first my order from the app isn't ready, than you are arguing with me over my order. He had to go to the back andsearch for the chips for my order because they had none on display. I would highly recommend people to patronize and go to otherlocations. I place orders regular on the app they are ready at other locations first time and last time at this location. I wish I could give them a zero star. Extremely unprofessional staff. The southeast Asian women here was extremely rude to me... when I stopped by a year ago and had asked her to put pickles in my sandwich. Poor women did not know what pickles are or looklike so I pointed it out to her and then she replied rudely saying these are not pickles they are pickle cucumbers and in mymind I am like women go learn some basic English before getting a job in a food restaurant. By far this is the worst food experience I?ve ever experienced in my life. My family went there after we were done with laundry.... The two employees working there seemed quite nice, but were one of the worst sandwich artist ever. I ordered a veggie patty andthey only toasted the bread for 13 seconds. When I got the sandwich the patty was extremely cold and tasteless. They also justthrew the ingredients like it was nothing and when I went to eat my sub it all literally fell apart. And to top the worst of allthe ingredients were rotten! Both the tomatoes and cucumbers were spoiled and had a really bad taste to them. I?m never comingto this subway again.
