I was over charged a while ago at this location but never actually decided to leave a review until today.I finally Went back,... don?t know why. But I had a foot long and the older Indian man really made a terrible sandwich? like how? He was stingy witheverything and I?ve been getting the same thing for years. Have a few subways in the area this is the best one great service sandwiches ,salads are delicious .

The sandwiches are good but they didn't want to take the b.o.g.o free coupon. Then they said ok but I would have to pay for... half the free sandwich. I told the guy I only had two dollars extra, he took it. Since when does free means it will cost you. Read more

I ordered delivery through the Subway app, requested a contactless delivery with a text when order is delivered. I checked the... email with the tracking option and it said the order was already delivered, even though I didn't get a text. Nothing wasoutside. I called the restaurant and was told by an employee the order was still at the restaurant and no one picked it up fordelivery. They even said they don't deliver thru the app even though I received an order from this specific location, on theapp, thru delivery, 3 days ago! They told me to request a refund online but there was no option in the app, online, or throughthe customer service number. Online states that the restaurant needs to fix the issue. They refused to refund my order ordeliver the order. I asked to pick up the order if the sandwiches were remade but they refused to do so unless i paid again,even though I never received my order. After multiple back and forth phone calls with the manager, Sundrr, the owner and I, theyfinally agreed to cancel the order. Waiting to see if i get a refund because they also refused to say if i was getting therefund, since it was the deliveries fault. Read more

The Subway employee making my subs was heavily distracted talking to her co-workers before paying attention to me to ask for my... order. Once she stopped talking to her co-worker, she started to make my subs with a pair of clean gloves after I gave her myorder. In the middle of making my subs order, the phone rings and she picks up and answers the phone with the same pair ofgloves. After she is done with her three minute long phone conversation, she goes back to making my subs with the same pair ofgloves without changing them after answering the obviously dirty phone. I am not coming back here ever again after I witnessedthe unsanitary and rude actions of this Subway employee. Read more
