All the negative reviews are true.i experienced all of it in 5min. Everyone said hes rude but in reality he racist while being... the same color as my black coat.(?). Although his English is horrendous, making it difficult to order, he really dont Want tosell sandwiches, he wants to be rude& nansty.very hateful guy. He Demanded i hurry up& that he had things to do.stop wasting histime.It took me a min because I usually eat at home& wasnt familiar with the minute.He was not forth coming to explain whetherthe spicy Italian was hot-He said nanstly " he dont know-he never tasted it.no cooperation at all.Ironically he also had aterrible nansty cough only when he goes to the back- never at the window(?)He constantly coughed up something nonstop(in theback while I was there writing this review).I truly believe he was spitting on the food .He didnt want me there as a witne ss,so he lied& ask me to leave at 7:30pm,but the closing sign said 9pm(?). He kept saying im closed. Several customer left angry.He filled a soup up 1.4 full. The guy demanded he give more. He taunted this man like he was be neath him. My self& the guy leftwithout a purchase.I do not trust this guy& do not recommend any one to eat here.You do not know what he's doing to the food inthe back.Never eat from hateful people. Read more

I got home and saw this brought the sandwich back andexplained what had happened and asked if they could read it for me as it was paid for and I couldn't eat it the way it was made.I was offered sauce on the side. They were rude and did not show any type of empathy or sympathy for the situation. I had toleave without my food and without my money. Rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable customer service.
