Very horrible service very unsanitary location, I walk in yesterday and see a dead fly right next to the condiments it was... disgusting I told the person serving me and was told if I wasn't comfortable with it that I was welcome to leave. I reallyshoulda slapped them then and there but I'm a civil person so I just let them look stupid and left but the place is disgusting. Read more
terrible service, every time I come in here I?m met with a rude attitude and a dirty space. I?ve tried coming in at various... times to give them another chance because it?s a convenient location but it?s not worth it. The food doesn't look clean and fresh.
The food and ordering process not so much of a problem what I have a problem with is that the bathroom was closed and they have... no means for you to wash hands before you eat , I get it restrooms need repair and when another customer says its been like thatfor weeks its uncalled for. Terrible customer service. Man with pig tails took my order with extreme rudeness. He challenged me in every step on how i... wanted toppings put or bread toasted. The man also refused me the bathroom after paying. It appears he sets things up to closeearlier so ingredients are not cold or not hot in some cases; he put sauces away etc. Spare your time and toilet paper. Read more
Because of the language barrier they cannot provide the service require. I asked for a foot long BMT. Asked for her to cut it in... half and put the ham and salad on a seperate bag for 1 of the sides so i ca eat it tomorrow. Dont want it to be soggy if sheleft it. We were told that restaurant closed at 11pm and were not allowed to eat in. It was about 10:35. I understand that we were... pushing it with the time of close, but why not just shut the door. A customer was there waiting for her inside with a dog on theseats and putting his paws on the table. Managers/supervisors do something. Read more
