I usually never write reviews but boy I had to write one about this subway! The owners or workers are the stingest subway... employees I have ever met! I had to ask them do they charge for veggies because they give you below the bare minumum 3 pcs ofspinach 2 olives, 1 cucumber, I have never seen it in my life! This happened on 2 occasions because I work in the same stripmall they would always get my business if they werent so petty but NOPE they are the worst! All of the pop machines are down andthey charge $.30 for canned pop but you cant reuse your debit card like you knew before you paid all of the machines are down..Cant stand the ppl at this location they will not be getting my business rather doordash another subway in the area. I've eaten here and gotten delivery from this location many times in the past and never had a bad experience, until this past... Tuesday. Ordered for delivery, my salad was missing the cheese that I chose and the avocado that I paid extra for. Some of thelettuce was brown and wilted. And the delivery person forgot the soda I ordered, went back to get it and then simply left itoutside my place of work without letting me know he had done so. I went on the Subway website to report my bad experience andstill haven't heard a peep from anyone. Would have been nice to at the very least be acknowledged, and maybe given a refund forthe avocado that I paid extra for. But if complaints are just going to be completely ignored then I won't ever eat at thislocation again. Read more

Really disappointed in this Subway. I ordered Uber Eats and have modified everything to my liking. When my sandwich arrived it... BARELY had any vegetables and was missing a topping...I won't ever order Subway without being there in person. Read more
This is the best Subway in Chicago. They are super friendly, helpful and build a great sandwich. The area is very clean and... well kept. I often see many repeat customers. They serve coffee which many other Subways don't. Above all I feel very safe atthis particular Subway as they have gone above and beyond to protect their customers during this Covid. I enjoy Subway restaurants in general, but this particular location is the best I've ever experienced! All of the staff are... friendly, but the top guy there goes above and beyond all of the time. I work nearby and he has known our order by memory foryears. Even after no contact for over a year due to COVID, he still recognized us when we finally came back in! Been going to this location pretty consistently for about 6 years. The last couple months they really seemed to have skimped out... on the cheese. I get it, inflation and all. So I decided to order double cheese, no extra cheese. Then I ordered a melt,supposed to be triple cheese, no extra cheese added. It seems like they are intentionally skimping cheese to save some money,especially on the online orders. I'm not particularly upset about the extra buck I spent on cheese, it just feels dishonest.
