The customer service in this establishment is awful. They treat you as if you're dumb and are truly awful people. I attempted to... give them the benefit of the doubt, but they managed to make my expectations worse. Never coming back and wouldn't recommend tomy worst enemy. Read more

There's this worker and everytime they take my order, I feel super rushed. They ask you what you want in advanced and just moves... too fast. It makes it seem like they are just trying to get it over with and then I feel like a bother. I get it trying to movefast if there's a lot of customers but usually I'm the only one or there's one person. And then because they are moving fast,and they don't hear my special instructions and then I get upset because I'm very picky . Read more
I ordered a tuna sandwich with 9-grain wheat bread, I even asked the worker twice (who was a black guy) and he told me ?yes this... is 9-grain wheat?. After I bought the sandwich I tasted the sandwich and it had a sweet flavor because the guy gave honey oatbread instead of 9-great wheat. I came back with my mom and the guy began lying saying that I told him that it was honey oatthat I asked for. He refused to give some kind of refund or do something about the problem. He was very disrespectful sayingthat we can go to any grocery store like CVS to buy another kind of bread !!! Very unpleasant experience !!!! I will not go backto this subway location again !!!!
