This Starbucks most definitely has the hardest working staff in the Loop. Kat, Addy, and Lopez are wonderful employees that... always make sure to get your order correct and to you as fast as possible. I love that they greet me by name! This is probably the worst Starbucks in the Loop. Their staff is always brand new and have no idea what they are doing. My... order is correct maybe 50% of the time from here. This place desperately needs a knowledgeable manager. Walk to the Starbucksin Macy's instead. Read more
