They are very busy and they do try. Unfortunately their effort doesn?t make up for wrong orders half the time. The other half... you?ll realize as you walk away your bag is leaking when a stranger is nice enough to point out your coat is getting covered inthe leaking bag juice. I walk a mile further to avoid this Starbucks. Their management is kind but completely over theirheads. You have been warned. Read more

I love Starbucks, I get the same drink 7 days a week. But when my favorite shop is closed on Sundays and I go to this one, I... have found that 3 out of the last 4 times I have gone, something goes wrong with my order. Twice, there has been some disconnectbetween when I paid and the barista - so my drink wasn't being made and eventually I would have to ask about my order - thestaff would be confused and have to ask me what I wanted and get started then. The last time I came in, my drink was not madecorrectly. The staff is friendly, but I rarely see these issues at any other Starbucks. I will start making coffee at home onSundays. Read more

I always have a pleasant experience here but today I felt like I was the queen of the world and they wanted me to feel special.... Arthur had a cool greeting for everyone who walked into the door...for me he said: "welcome to YOUR Starbucks." Debra was quickand very nice at the cash register. My food was made speedily and delivered directly to me since she remembered it was mine andnot anyone else's order she placed. It was a nice personal touch. Arthur was very fun by letting the guests know what he wasmaking next and said it in such a way that excitement for it was created. I did the most annoying thing (or one of them) ofswitch my hot latte to an iced one (before it was made though!) and he reassured me that he can make that happen for me and itwas not a problem. Drinks were handed off with his cheerfulness and let the guest know that they were appreciated. He pamperedme with my iced pumpkin spiced latte being stirred with extra love. It tasted extra good since the ingredients were mixed reallywell. I left knowing that my day is going to the best now because of how it began. I work 3 jobs so I know how difficult it canbe to be working around the holidays when everyone is having extra time off so I understand that it's easy to go through themotions of getting a job well done but they went above and beyond to create an atmosphere of what professional, kindness and friendliness is all about. If I had to describe what holiday cheer is, I would send them to Debra and Arthur. Read more

The remodel of this Starbucks is very nice. I wished they would have kept a seating area though. There is outdoor seating for... now, but its a cramped area. The staff is sluggish during slow hours. Update: This location recently added seating ,not as manyas it used to have. It's possible they are still working on that issue. Read more

This Starbucks used to be wheelchair friendly but ever since the remodel it?s been completely innacessable. The narrow spaces... and sharp turns mean that it?s not navigable and the condiment bar is completely cut off from use. There is no where to wait ina wheelchair other than directly in front of the door as the waiting section is so narrow that you can?t get a chair in if thereis anyone in the store. Honestly it?s the most handicapped unfriendly Starbucks I?ve ever been in. Read more

I had the worst experience with a Starbucks worker at this location, she was the rudest server I've ever encountered. No... greeting- that was o.k. - but asked a question, was ignored, she finally responded and was not helpful. I then asked to talk toa manager and the manager completely answered my questions and was very helpful. The server then checked me out, asked hersomething else- she again ignored me. I stated that I never been treated so rudely. She said 'I guess you'll have to go toanother Starbucks.' WHAT ???? This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I saved my receipt- wish her name was on it but all it says is11/15/71, 5:18 pm, transaction 733263. Read more

For some reason this Starbucks doesn't have someone taking care of all pickups like every other store. My coffee is always ready... when I use mobile order, usually way faster than expected. But then I have to wait 5+min. For someone to come give it to me. I'mguessing this is why the line is always so short despite it's convenient location Also watched about 3 cups of the nitro coldbrew go down the drain today as someone turned on the tap to fill a cup and left it unattended for about 5 mins after the cupwas full, so it just kept spilling out Read more
