Not good. Ordered a simple latte with a hazelnut flavoring and received a cup of coffee that was extremely bitter. I should've... known it wasn't going to be that good because the barista asked 2 previous customers if their coffee was any better? There's aproblem at this location...they don't know how to make coffee right. Maybe the coffee is stale or they don't change thefilter. Won't go here again. Read more
I'm trying to say this in the nicest way but I'm now going to HAVE to order from the app. This was the 2nd morning my order was... not what I asked for. It was one of the newer employees taking my order and both mornings they did fix the mistakes I caught. Ijust don't understand how ordering "large pumpkin spice cream with oatmilk warmed, large Carmel apple spice warmed" gets me apumpkin spice latte and a Carmel apple macchiato. I caught the latte and they remade it but I didn't catch the apple drink untilI was in the car. I don't like two days in a row having to make extra work for the employees so I'll just order ahead from theapp. Read more
It was my first time to stop by at this coffee shop this morning , after i ordered and got my coffee i was asking for an extra... milk to put it on my coffee because i got 3 shots of espresso in the cup to make it not too strong, immediately i asking for awhole mike the tallest lady working there was starting acting rude and weird, like she doesn?t want to give and was asking me topay extra for just a small extra whole milk which every other Starbucks never charge for that , but i was happy to pay for thatbecause of extra which i understand so i went to the cashier and told other lady that I?m here to pay for my extra whole milkthat the tallest lady asking to pay for that, however the cashier said no you don?t need to pay for that just whole milk! OK, but not really worth the price. I had a small toasted mozzarella and tomato sandwich - didn't like their food. The wifi... didn't work for me, and the bathroom code didn't seem to work, though it might have been occupied. Read more
They don't have a drive-through. Google Maps says they do. But...I ordered on the app, called (to make sure there wasn't a... drive-through), asked if they would run my drink out, because I have a sleeping kid in the back seat, and they did. That's 5/5star service! Thanks! Read more
I?ve witnessed many situations where the staff at this Starbucks handle difficult customers with grace and patience. That is my... favorite thing about this location: the staff. They are all so nice and kind. I can see it stems from the manager. I am here 4-5times a week, usually mornings, studying. I truly enjoy watching the staff interact with customers , always with a smile ontheir faces. They all deserve a raise and the utmost happiness. Read more
My 89 yo mom lives in this neighborhood and comes here often. Today, I came with her. To my surprise, the staff new her and... instantly have her "the usual" just as she likes! I'm pleasantly shocked at this level of attention, something that is to rarenowadays. Especially appreciate Julia for her kindless towards my mom, you made my day! If I could I'd give 100 stars! YIKES this location needs to get their act together! I don't know if I just happened to come in on a busy morning or if all of... their staff is new, but I do not envy the manager of this store! The whole operation was completely disorganized and nobodyseemed to know what they were doing. Several drink orders were messed up including my own. Employees not communicating orcooperating with each other. Everyone frantic and I couldn't even figure out why...it's not like they were understaffed oranything. This location should take a cue from the Bryn Mawr location and just close for a few days so they can train theiremployees. The store could probably benefit from a makeover as well. Read more
