I have visited this store multiple times and now, I can conclude that I will never be back again. I highly suggest for people to... order from another store. The wait time for a drink is super long! I placed a mobile order at 2:21pm, the app said it will beready at 2:25pm. They gave me the drink at 2:40, fine, it was busy. I ordered the London Fog which has milk and vanilla syrup.They gave me two tea bags and that was it, where is the fog?! We were waiting and waiting as they remake the drink. Afteranother 10 mins we finally questioned the staff and turns out the drink was just sitting in the back, they forgot to tell usabout it. We finally got the second round of London Fog and this time they put in tea and milk but no syrup. The drink was sucha disappointment and the overall experience was terrible. Read more
HORRIBLE. Do they know what EXTRA DRIZZLE MEANS? they take the 70cents and don?t put no extra nothing looks less than the... regular it comes with. On top of that it?s always bitter . When I order my go to order it?s always sweet and has the perfectamount of extra drizzle but here , NEVER ,like who?s making the drinks . Sick of this place I?ve tried too many times. The worst location ever, don?t even waste your time going here. Staff is lazy, don?t know what they are doing and just walking... around with customers waiting for 20 min for a simple coffee. Spend another 5 min and drive to another location - trust me, youwill save more time. Read more
I just had my daughter come from Starbucks. I asked her to order 3 Frapps and 1 refresher. & she came back home telling me the... drive thru employee told her "In my opinion if you are ordering more than 4 drinks you should come inside because you're holdingup the line". If there's a limit of drinks to be order there needs to be a sign stating that. I understand there's many placesthat are short staffed but he could've easily said this while she was ordering or just say they couldn't do Frappuccino at thattime. Read more
Order ahead, the drive-thru wait can take pretty long depending on the time of day. If you like certain drinks there were some... options that were simply unavailable...this is becoming a norm at most Starbucks but that just means try something new. I knowyou like what you like, I get it. Well there's a great key lime coconut bar available and it's pretty tasty. My only complaintis, why you gotta be so small? Read more
You can place a mobile order an hour ahead and still wait 15-20 minutes for your drink. There can be 10+ workers there and still... wait an eternity for an tall iced americano or grande iced green tea. Horribly slow, incredibly rude, and astonishing untrained. Read more
