Extremely slow service. You go in drive through and wait for your order for at least 30 minutes. You go 5:30am when there are no... customers or day time, its the same sluggish service. Not the first time i turned around. Better to go to Starbucks insideTarget store just across the parking lot. Read more

I visit this Starbucks every Monday and Tuesday at 4:15 when I am already late for grad school. They do a phenomenal job every... time. Drive through workers are courteous and drinks come out correct 19/20 times. When it was incorrect I told them about itand they were very accommodating. Workers at 4:15 pm Monday and Tuesday?s are doing a great job. Read more

Usually working remotely and have to stop along the way to connect to the Internet and continue work while having coffee. But... this location seems to have a lousy Internet connection. So, rather than stop and later find out I cannot work, I skip thislocation and go to the one along Cicero south of Montrose instead. Excellent service, with parking and their internet, isconsistently available. Read more

I got venti espresso frap, light ice, nonfat milk, double espresso shot, and a pump of apple brown sugar syrup. I received a... cup 75% foam. It was so light. And all I taste is syrup! I'm not one to make a scene so I'm just gonna complain here. This ispretty offensive for a $9 drink. Read more

I?ve been coming here since they opened and I really love their staff. I?ve been in tons of other locations and this one has... really really friendly employees. They always greet and welcome you. Their vibe is very bright and joyful. I enjoy coming here,even tho it?s far from me. Today they made my day. I?ve a got a cute note on my drink. Thank you guys. Read more

Barista mixed up my order (mind me i order same drink all my life) Called back to let the barista know. Her response was that... she doesn?t make mistakes. There was no coffee in my drink though. I think simple ?sorry? would be appropriate but no, she isperfect ???? Read more
