Very professional. Ordered in person something I usually get from my phone. The barista asked all the right questions. Helped me... pay by card. Posetd the order and I quickly had a great tea. Thanks for great team work. ???? Read more

Horrible service. These two girls that were making the coffee had horrible attitudes and took forever to make drinks. They... couldn?t make drinks fast but they were quick to talk amongst themselves and not work efficiently. Guest were waiting forever toget what they ordered. With this being said. I waited 30 min for my drink to then taste it and realize it was ent the drink Iordered. Shoutout to Brandon for being the only one working. Read more

So I work near this place.. I've been to many Starbucks. Ordered a pastry and coffee.. I watched as several customers went... in/out with pastries. I asked about mine (deer in headlights) so I had them add my hard earned money back on my card. Today wasreally bad I gave a note and they got it wrong .There is 1 barista that goes out of her way to make my visit HORRIBLE. 8 out of 10 times I come here they are out of oat milk or brown sugar syrup or both at the same time. How do you have a drink on... your menu that requires both of these items and yet you are always out of it? Whomever does the ordering for this store needs torespectfully get it together. Also they are very slow at getting drinks out. I?m not talking about at the height of a rush,because trust me I understand the service industry. I?m talking 2-3 people in the store and them taking 8-10 minutes to pour acold brew. It?s insane. They have zero sense of urgency and have attitudes. Read more

To be completely honest, I don't like this location all that much. A lot of the staff have attitudes before anything is even... said BUT Abbey keeps things positive for me. She understands my order right away, repeats it back to me and is always superpolite. The wait times are a little much but this is a Starbucks between multiple hospitals so patience is required. After reading the reviews, I must caught them on a bad morning! This was definitely not the way to start the morning! Approx... 15-20 minute wait. There was definitely more employees than customers; but everything felt rushed (maybe all the call inorders). Went to order the new strawberry funnel frap'...they were out of some of the ingredients. So I ordered a ribboncrunch...they ran out of the toppings! By this point - i'm a little irk. Move fwd and order a sandwich and the ribbon minusthe crunch. I tell him the name is "Kimberly" ...as you can see by my cup - the cashier took it upon himself to give me anickname. On top of it all...my drink was sloppy _ not properly made and my sandwich bag outside was so greasy! So now I haveto sit at work with a grease stain on my blouse and bad coffee- smh!
