I have been a regular customer for a very long time. I’ve never had an issue with any Barista. I ordered my usual iced coffee... and today it just wasn’t right. So I had told one of the baristas that it wasn’t made properly and if they can add morecoffee because it was way to sweet. So when she asked the barista to please add more coffee she was up set and when she gave memy drink she throw it on the counter at me and that was very rude of her. Once gave me a whole cappuccino drink with the plastic cup completely broken and with ICE CUBES IN IT, when it already is... blended with ice and acted like it was okay when it completely made a mess in my car. Currently has given me soggy and left outdragon mango drink. Poor customer service, go to other starbucks other than this one???? Read more

Was denied service at the drive-through because I wasn’t in a car. I had my dog with me and couldn’t go inside. Was told to... tie my dog up outside, I understand that some people do this, but I’m not going to do this and not going to do it with thisdog. Person was really rude and I’m really annoyed. I know that they don’t care, but I pretty much have absolutely nodesire to ever go to Starbucks again after this. Read more
The best Starbucks in the vicinity. I only get 3 types of drink here which are always made to perfection - flat white, hot... chocolate, & soy milk latte. Workers here are friendly. Several of them know my name becuz I order-by-app. I call them by nameif I can. Sometimes I feel guilty ordering there becuz they are so busy, but they never look annoyed. It's always easy to parkfor pickup. Sometimes North Ave is a nightmare so I occasionally use a side street route. Read more
