I live in Florida now. When I visit I stop at this Starbucks.. All of their Baristas are wonderful and attentive. My daugther... and granddaughter were purchasing their favorites Starbucks drink about an hour ago. They had me on speaker and I joking aroundordered my drink. My Daugther told them I live in Florida. When they drove up to pick up their order they wrote on my daugthersdrink...Say hi to Mom in Florida from us. They are Sweethearts. Keep up the Great work. If I had to give a 0 star I will!! That african lady thats always there has an attitude!! I say her race because she's the only... one with a bad attitude!! Her eyes open wide ready to jump you!! I placed a mobile order for a regular coffee for pick-up in-store. It was not a pleasant or convenient experience. They forgot... my order; a coffee. I saw multiple people come and go while I waited - with their extravagant complex orders. I finally askedwhat's taking so long, and they were confused about my order because no one knew a mobile order was pending. The person whofilled the cup didn't even know if all the condiments were already in the cup. It was not prepared to my order. The staff has atraining deficiency. Read more
