Very small shop inside Courtyard. Great tasting coffee.
Cashier took a while to understand the order, but then when we got it, it was incorrect. She had also forgotten a drink after... reading us the correct order from her screen. After 15 minutes of waiting for our drink we asked and while they kept saying itwas coming right up it never came. Read more
One of worst experience I had. I collect the mugs from each city so I was in line to get a Chicago mug. The stuff Queela and the... manager told me there?s no mug w Chicago on it. After I step away I saw a whole shelf of mugs for Chicago! I immediately take itto back to cash register to pay she told me I have to get back in the line which is another half hour wait. The stuffs did nothelp me to find what I need in the first place and unfairly ask me to go back in line for their negligence. I wish I can reportthis to the corporation office so they can relearn what?s customer service. She failed to give me my receipt too. I had to askif my receipt was in the bag after I paid. This location is only good for picking up your order and walking out the door. There's no place to sit. Heck, there's barely... room to stand and wait for your order. There's better locations with more space nearby. Avoid unless you are popping in andpopping out. Read more

For people that live / work in Streeterville, this Starbucks is a regular stop on the way to work and for a hotel Starbucks, it... frequently has more Chicagoans than travelers. About the size of two office cubicles with standing room for maybe 7-10 people,this location primarily serves the "grab-and-go" crowd. There are no chairs or tables in the space because of it's location, butif you're a hotel guest the lobby is just around the corner. The staff is incredibly friendly and for daily customers theyquickly learned your drink, name and would more times than not, bump your order up to the front of the line. Read more
Little corner of the hotel, very nice option if you do not want to take on the challenge of entering the largest Starbucks in... the world that's located nearby on Michigan Ave. Plus they have the usual Starbucks option, the store in Michigan Ave. doesn't. Read more
