B l a c k girl at the register has the worst customer service skills. Very rude with an attitude that clearly screams "I?m from... the h o o d". Having to deal with u n e d u c a t e d people while I?m just trying to get my coffee to get my day started isbeyond me. Please hire better quality staff. Read more
Made me the wrong sandwich which is not a problem, mistakes happen but when I asked for the correct sandwich I ordered, the... staff was very rude about it. It?s incredible that a Starbucks in downtown Chicago on Michigan at $6 a coffee has no toilets (restrooms)for patrons. Right... down cheap. Wouldn?t get caught dead here. Read more
One of my favorite Starbucks downtown, I visit quite often the staff is always doing a wonderful job serving customer's. Even... when the line is out the door. But one staff member is always smiling and knows what she is doing. Not sure if she's managementbut should be. Her name tag says Delly. Read more
Worst Starbucks. Placed an order from mobile app at 1:47 and got it at 2:06. I saw my cup sitting on the counter for at least 15... mins and the staff only prepared the easy orders like ice coffee first. My order was received (label printed out and put on thecup) together with at least 10 other orders and mine was the last one prepared after I asked them 3 times. You need to prepareyour orders in the sequence they come in, not from the easiest ones. Wasted me 20mins and will never visit this shop again. Read more
This location is conveniently located across river walk and millennium park :) it is a small Starbucks so don't expect indoor... seating but they do offer a nice outdoor patio where you can seat and enjoy city views as well as the breeze of summer. Thestaff is nice and makes the drinks really fast and they try their best to keep the tables clean outside :) Read more
This is a great place for an awesome coffee. This Starbucks was close to our motel and was right around the corner. They were... fast friendly and it was very clean in there. I honestly dislike the fact that I have to wait until noon to go for coffee simply to avoid their morning shift staff. These... girls are very unprofessional and I am not trying to pull the race card but the aggressive ones are the girls of color workingat the register. They look like they do not want to be there and become instantly annoyed when you correct them on how youoriginally wanted your order to be prepared.
