This location is so busy with mobile orders. I abandoned my order because it felt like it got skipped when I ordered in person.... (Starbucks needs to allow mobile orders with cards not only the prepay, why I won't use it) . Just left my receipt with someoneto refund as I was already running super late and couldn't wait any longer for a single breakfast item to come out of thewarmer. Read more
I had my first meeting with my mentor at this location since it was convenient for both of us. Overall, an excellent place to... hang out, work, and have some coffee. The place was clean and baristas seemed to work hard to deliver smooth drinks ordered bycustomers. One thing I would recommend is to change the furniture. I had an experience with an extremely rude and entitled-acting young man who would not listen for 3 seconds to what I was saying... as i tried to pick up my drink at counter. I had previously ordered, then had to take a meeting so could not yet pick up drink.When I went back to grab it, he got very rude and insisted it wasn't there (he didn't even look) and they'd have to remake it(again not listening to what I was saying.) A few mins later, another employee grabbed my drink, that was literally sittingright there, and told him it had been there the whole time. He continued to be rude after that. You do not say something like"and what im telling YOU is.." to a customer. Not coming here again based in this exp. Went to a Starbucks on Lasalle and theywere nice even being super busy.
