I live right by here and order here multiple times a week for months. On weekdays the coffee is fine and tastes like normal... Starbucks. However, on the weekends the coffee is the most disgusting thing ever. It tastes burnt and like they used dirtywater. Seriously, don't order here on the weekends. Read more
Worst service ever... We went to the store last Sunday and ordered a shaken espresso and an iced apple crisp macchiato. We saw... how the barista's were discussing something and then one said to the other "doesn't matter, he won't notice"... It turned outthat the customer was very unpleased afterwards... I have never actually ordered in person, only have done online pickup orders and Uber Eats and every time my order is... WRONG!!!!!! Just made an order today and picked it up and it was missing the espresso shots I paid for in advance. This was thelast straw today and I'm not getting anything else from this location ever!!! Stopped in for the free coffee deal, since I had to come downtown today anyway and this one was on the list. Tried the Chestnut... Praline Latte. Liked that it was just sweet enough and the flavoring was not overwhelming. Did not feel the need to addanything. Pleasant and conveniently located near several "L" and bus stops(of course). Friendly and prompt service --- asexpected. A diverse crowd, and enough seating and space to make lingering comfortable. My only complaint is the music volumeseemed rather loud, maybe it's just me but I feel it should be more in the background. I could certainly see returning to thislocation, when nearby. Read more
They did not take care of my mobile order until well after it was ordered and I was waiting at the bar. The two baristas were... slow and not very friendly. The place mostly has bar seating available so it's difficult to sit with others. Read more
