The workers have the BEST positive energy, even very early mornings. They're kind to costumers, kind to each other which is so... nice to see that they lift each other up! This has to be the slowest customer service someone can ever receive. The employees are very racially bias and only prepare... orders of their regular customers at a fast and speedy pace. Out of all of the Starbucks location that I patronize this has gotto be the worst and most unprofessional employees location in the loop area. They aren?t that sanitary with handing of food andpreparation for drinks. Avoid this location if you don?t mind waiting for your order unless you use their mobile app which doesnot always list the item you would like to order. Read more
One of the best Starbucks operations in town. 5 stars for great management and efficient service. Staff make an effort to get to... know you and your regular preferences in drinks. You don't have to tell them twice what you want. They have lots of traffic, butthe staff is very efficient. Manager (Moira) is regularly seen behind the bar actively working during rush hours. I have beengoing here for the past 6 month. Has been a great experience all along. Keep up the good work! Read more
