THIS LOCATION IS SO OPEN. I WAS AT THIS LOCATION JUST YESTERDAY 10/08/22 AROUND THE 3:00PM HOUR AND IT WAS OPEN, DOING ALL KINDS... OF BUSINESS. THE LINE WAS ALMOST OUT THE DOOR AND THIS IS WHY I LEFT TO GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE STARBUCKS ONRANDOLPH/WABASH. I USED TO COME HERE SOMETIMES WHEN I WORKED AT MACY?S BACK 2021. I RECEIVED PRETTY DECENT SERVICE AND MY DRINKSALWAYS LOOKED NICE AND WORTH THE MONEY I PAID FOR A STARBUCKS DRINK. THE DOWNSTAIRS LOCATION NEAR THE RESTROOMS (@ Macy?s) WASA DIFFERENT STORY. Sometimes not open when they should of been, sometimes would close without explanation, sometimes didn?tsell all the different drinks provided on the menu without explanation again, the process of hooking the drinks up properly cameacross as messy and not worth the money U paid to buy a coffee drink from the location @Macy?s lower level. Stopped in to buy a matcha green tea frappe. I also needed to use the bathroom and asked for the code. The girl was short and... rude. She told me they didnt have a bathroom and that I had to use the lower level but Macys wasnt open yet. However, therewas a bathroom right when you walk in the door.... Read more

Excellent customer service with great coffee... made available inside Macy's Lower Level. On the first snow day of the year, and... after waiting hours for my sister to finish shopping... I was happy to grab a Chai Tea Latte and some hot soup. Read more
