This location used to be one of my favorite Starbucks downtown. The problem is inconsistencies in how the drinks are made.... Sometimes it's correct but many times it's not. For instance, one day my Pink drink was perfect with just the amount ofeverything. They do a fantastic job with the quantity of clients they have. I tend to get something here, once a month or so, but today I... had a absolutely grotesque cup of coffee. Coffee grounds floating around, poor taste, etc. I hope they learn that you shouldn'tserve coffee from the bottom of the pot. Otherwise, very friendly staff. Read more
I have been going here every day for over a decade, both for the consistently excellent flat whites and the awesome staff. ... Friendly, cheerful, fast and efficient - none of which must come easily in such a high-volume store, but they make it seemeffortless. I walk past other coffee to get mine here. I like this location but sometimes the baristas can be sassy. Plus, I?d like to see some color inside of the location versus... just one set race of people since Starbucks is inclusive but I only see Hispanics working in this location. I live in theneighborhood too so I?d love to see African Americans working within the location as well. Other than that it?s a great locationand they make pretty good drinks. Read more
Came to this location because my normal location on Leselle and Monroe was out of spinich and feta wraps. I came here and must... say their staff is friendly you can tell they work good as a team and my psl tasted way better than usual and everything wasmade on time and still hot (I do mobile).
