Came to pick up my order the lady didnt hear my name I said it 3 times and I pointed my order and she raised her voice at me... telling me I keep on pointing she didnt hear my name. People looked at her and me as if I did something wrong. She could haveasked me in a nice way like, "I'm sorry I didnt catch that". I would be happy to tell her even 10 times. She has an attitude. Baristas in this location are very welcoming and nice. My only issue is wait times and getting my order wrong (which doesn?t... happen too often). Sometimes I?ll be waiting 15+ minutes and other people after me in line will receive their items first. Kindof annoying, but this location is super convenient for me. Read more

I absolutely love Starbucks and was so happy to know this Starbucks was open 24 Hours so I went there and got a Carmel Ribbon... Crunch Frappuccino ???? BUT it was so bland it was like eating an ice slushy. It was as if they barely used anything in it. I'venever had such a bland item Frappuccino from there. I ALWAYS get the Smores Frappuccino OR the Carmel Ribbon Crunch and that wasthe worst one I ever had. Read more
Bad customer service. I had to ask Really!! Really!!! Really?!?! for couple times for a sticker. Since I was going to buy "Venti... Soy Latte" and a "morning bun" then I asked for a sticker. They said "NO! you have to buy just regular brew coffee in order toget the sticker." I said, REALLY!!" They said "you can read on the card. It said blah... blah... blah..." ???? REALLY again!!!Even the manager refused to give me the sticker, just because I bought more than regular coffee. I wonder, these people, whatpart of their bodies they use to think??? Obviously not using brains at all, from my point of view. So, I ended up cancelled allof my $8 order then. Read more
It's in a hospital, connected to the ER. I'm told it's open to the public overnight, but you may not be able to use the seating... due to cleaning guy or overbearing security. I've had mixed results with that. You may have to enter pretty far away at the westside of the building. Read more
