I know they always busy in the morning. BUT this is nahh.. I just ordered Pike and this happened. So disappointed
I came in with the intention of buying a drink but I suddenly had a physical emergency that required me to use the restroom... before I could comfortably place an order. I asked the barista for the bathroom code and he denied me access claiming that thebathroom was not in service. I don't think that kind of behavior is aceptable in any place and I hope that in the future workersand managers can provide access to anyone who needs bathroom access. I felt very disrespected and had to run to the Jewelsnearby to help myself in such an emergency. Please do better and help your customers if they ask for bathroom access. Read more
It is better than Sheffield and Diversey Starbucks right off the Diversey brown line . I wonder why they decided to get rid of... the seating for customers does anybody know why this Starbucks decided to have no seating. Read more

Nice, friendly neighborhood Starbucks! In a busy neighborhood of Chicago, but you wouldn?t know it once you entered this... Starbucks location. The staff moved fast and knocked orders out quickly. We came a few times while visiting Chicago for theweekend, and each time they got our order right and served us really quickly. They staff was super friendly, and the place wasvery tidy.
