When I first walked in, it had a refreshing feeling. Very clean, the environment well decorated, not super loud, but buzzing.... There are lots of seating areas to get your work done or to do meetings. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, theygenuinely appear to enjoy their jobs and the company of their co-workers, which creates a nice atmosphere. This location hasexcellent customer service, and I never have to worry about my cup of coffee. Read more
Waited over 20 minutes for an "In Cafe" Chai Tea Latte order. We explicitly heard the shift manager instruct her staff to... "Don't make in-cafe orders, they can wait". This is a huge fail by starbucks not prioritizing their customers that come in thestore for their "3rd place" experience. Read more

I absolutely love Starbucks at Pipers Alley! I love the Baristas. They are so nice. Michael is so sweet and polite. The young... gal with the coolest eyelashes is wonderful. (sorry i don't know your name) Always a pleasure having my coffee there, if it's afrap, or a hot mocha. Always done to perfection. You all put so much love in your drinks. Yes Starbucks! I love this one! Spacious and pretty. I love the walls and layout... just a great vibe overall. Great baristas... who get your coffee right on the money! I also loved that I could buy replacement straws for my at home Starbucks cups! My orderhad a couple specifications and came out so good. It was not too busy and we were able to get work done here too and it was agreat way to start the work day before heading in. Thanks for the experience and keeping this store so FREAKING CLEAN! This Starbucks location is one of the best in the Old Town/Lincoln Park area of Chicago. It is a large space providing lots of... seating and places eat and talk with people. The service is very good and the store itself is very clean. I go here often and ithas never failed me. I highly recommend anyone to visit this Starbucks location. Read more
Excellent experience and offers unique Starbucks gifts. They follow COvid restrictions so you need immunization card and ID.
