I have had better experiences at Little Caesar's, and at least at LC I get three pizzas for $15 not undrinkable and over-priced... coffee by an incompetent staff. No way this place survives the recession. Read more
Does not surprise me this Location is the lowest rated Starbucks on Uber Eats. Management needs training or replacement - very... rude and argumentative. Would recommend trying a Starbucks further north if you want the Starbucks experience. Read more

Mobile Order & Pay store only, and being Canadian with Canadian dollars on my app I can't pay in store and can't change the... currency in the app. And when l finally show up in person because of this they can't / won't just scan my app. You'd think acompany with so many international locations would have figured it out by now. Restroom is for employees only. No, not even if you are a customer. It was cool when one of the employees screamed ?NO PUBLIC... RESTROOMS?to all of the customers waiting for their orders who never requested to use the restroom. It took forever to get ourorder (two cold drinks: Iced Coffee with no additional ingredients and a Strawberry açaí lemonade) but the order was correctwhen we finally got it. Read more

I have been a customer for years and I have recently noticed happier staff. When I asked one of the baristas they said this was... due to their great new leader which I agree. I love reading all the negative comments about no bathroom, pick up only and apporder only. Its the technology era people, you guys are always on your phone so not sure what the issue is. Stop complainingover things the staff and store have no say over! You know its pick up only so why would they have a bathroom for you? You aremeant to walk it, wait if not ready and get out! You want a café store go to Lake and Michigan or use that device glued to yourhand to find one! Clearly some entitled customers and those who are not are just unhappy with life and like to spread theirmisery! To the Starbucks staff... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
