It?s located inside the union station food hall. Maps shows a different location which is quite confusing. Lots of items are out... of stock, but still can get your simple items. Took a while for the order because they are busy or short staffed. Read more
Had a little time before my Metra train left on Friday evening 6/24/22 so stopped to get me a Pineapple refresher didn't have... it, also didnt have any more venti size either so I chose a Mango Dragonfruit Trenta size no lemonade now I have this beforedelicious but got it here it was so awful way too much ice and water couldn't taste the mango nut sure if the go was new or whatbut they moved soo slow it was terrible didnt have time to taste it before I left cause was cutting it close before my trainleft sat down to drink once I got on the train it was a waste of money Read more

I always purchase my drinks from this location, and I never have an issue. However, the treatment that I received today from... Aiesha, one of the employees, was absolutely terrible. This happened because they didn?t add almond milk in my coffee despitethe fact that I ordered and paid for it. I know this location is constantly busy from all the commuters in the morning trying toget their coffee. Therefore, I didn?t want to be an annoying guest, and complain about an incorrect drink. Therefore, I reachedfor the almond milk to put it in myself because it was on the outer counter right in front of everyone, and available for thecustomers to reach as well. During that time Aiesha started screaming at me like I was stealing it, and she said if I wantedalmond milk then I should?ve paid for it. I explained to her that I did, but despite that she snatched the almond milk from me.She didn?t even apologize when she saw that I actually paid for it, and she continued to mumble. This is a huge corporation thathas a good reputation, and I?m shocked from the fact that they would allow their employees treat their customers in such adisrespectful way. Read more
5 stars for the friendliness of the barista. 0 stars for refusal to fill my own clean mug, in direct contravention of Starbuck's... own corporate policy. I do realize that mug refills were temporarily suspended due to COVID, but most other locations have beenallowing customers to bring their own reusable cups since sometime last year. Given that this location is at a commuter's hub,please allow commuters and travelers to bring their own reusable cups, or stop promoting BYO mugs on the app and corporatewebsite. I will not return to a location where I have to be handed coffee in a paper, disposable cup only to then pour it intomy own thermos that I brought with me. Start implementing your own organization's corporate policy at ALL locations or otherwisestop the PR shenanigans about wanting to reduce paper waste. Read more
