This location is the best in Chicago downtown and Chicago customer service is on point morning staff is the best !!!!!! and... always know how to make my day with making my coffee correct all other Starbucks are failing with consistency of product andlack of good customer service I?ve been to many locations downtown and North Chicago every time I order my drink tastedisgusting and hot my drink is a Ice americano with a cold vanilla form the form needs to be precise when they make it and alllocations I?ve tried doesn?t make this correct only 200 w Adams you guys are awesome morning shift thank you for your hard workand making my day with a perfect ice americano ?? Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been. Ordered a ham cheese croissant, first they said yes we do have it, I waited at least 10 mins,... and then they told me they are out of ham, is bacon ok. I said yes. Another 10 mins gone by, I went to ask, they said I toldthem I didn?t want it .. and then they took about another 5 mins to make it. Went at around 5 pm when things can get busy. The group I was a part of had around 12 people, and the drinks were served... promptly, all correct, and the hot macchiato I ordered was prepared perfectly despite the pressure of our big group. Wonderfulexperience! Read more
I am always conflicted about this location. On the one hand, I never had an instance where my drink order was wrong, and the... staff always greets you with a smile. But, this location is notorious for super long waits on orders, especially those placed onmobile app. I understand that morning rush hour is what it is - but the store should better manage the online ordering,especially since it can be turned off if there is a huge backlog. On this visit, it took close to 20 minutes for me to get asimple Venti Blonde. That's why 3 stars. Read more
Cashier guy nice and friendly but girl making the drinks never announced that my drink was ready and snapped when I asked. I... wonder if the owner or corporate looks at these reviews. Not the level of customer service I expect from a world class company. Read more
Stopped by earlier today on my break to pick up coffee for me and a friend and saw who I assume to be a manager screaming at one... their employees. Coffee was fine but definitely won?t be returning anytime soon. Read more
