If I lived in Chicago, this would be my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff at this establishment was so helpful. My mom was... trying to add funds to her card and the cashier explained how to do it easily. When I tried to do it in another state, theyclaim they don't do it that way. A HUGE thank you to the wonderful barista (I didn't get his name) that helped me out the early morning of 1/8/22, around 7am. I... had ordered a drink on my app and mistakingly went to the wrong Starbucks to pick it up. He made me a drink anyhow and gave me asuggestion for the drink since the holiday one I had ordered they were out of. He asked me to taste it before I left to makesure I would like it. I never post, but this is an exception. The staff is very rude and careless, the store is closed 15-10min before working hours,... they close the patio before closing hours as well. The customer experience is so disappointing and the waiting time is aboveaverage by far. One day they repeated several times in a very rude tone that we should not seat in the patio because they wereabout to close (1 hour 15 min before the closing hours!!!), every single time, they manage to be rude in different way,sometimes they don?t have any members of the staff to take the order and you need to wait until they randomly appear, sometimesthe door is just lock during working hours and they see you from the insides like couldn?t care less, so disappointing. The food and drinks are ok, nothing amazing but not bad. The thing that got to me was the awful customer service. They called my... drink once with the wrong name and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes (and checking at the drink counter twice for it). Thefirst time I asked (5 minutes in) if I missed it, and they told me to wait to hear my name. Then when I checked a second time(after 30 minutes of waiting) they loudly complained I picked it up so late. Ugh. Every time I've been in, they're out of something: napkins, stoppers, straws etc. There's always a dozen people waiting,... and a bunch of unclaimed orders clogging up the counter. There is garbage everywhere and the tables are covered in crumbs andspilled milk. It even takes 10 minutes for them to get a glass of iced water... hard pass on this place if you're looking for aStarbucks. Read more
I am not enjoying the new vibe here since the remodel. It's pretty unwelcoming. The music is so loud the staff cannot hear the... customers. Twice I have ordered and "iced" latte and gotten a hot one because the order taker did not hear me say "iced." I'vehad to repeat myself so many times. It's a coffee place not a club! Read more
