I started coming to this Starbucks due to the bad quality of the location on Chicago and Superior. I am so glad that I found... this Starbucks because here the employees make the best coffee I've ever tasted. One barista in particular makes a phenomenalHot Salted Caramel Mocha and Hot Caramel Machiato. I don't know her name but she is the one closing this Thursday evening onDecember 5th, 2019. Thank you! I ordered an Iced soy chai latte and I got a regular iced latte so I let the barista know and she tells me that that's not what... I had said...?? But why would I say anything else besides iced soy chai latte when that's the only drink I order all the time?She remakes my drink and this time she gives me an iced chai latte with no milk at all.. so I ask her if she put milk knowingthat she didn't and she says "you didn't say you wanted milk" at that moment another woman comes out from the back and askswhat's going on, so then she makes my drink instead because another customer arrived (I was the only customer when I ordered) sothe first girl takes his order while the other lady makes my drink this time giving me a iced soy drink with a pinch of chai...it took them three drinks and didn't get any of them right so I give up because at that point I'm thinking that no matter what Itell them they'll continue to make it wrong. Apart the absolute mess from behind the counter I was met with service far below my basic expectations. I overheard offensive... remarks and personal details about the barista s life and walked away after 1 botched drink attempt with a mostly emptycappuccino with only foam. Read more
This location should literally be shut down. They were out of the first 3 drinks I tried to order so I settled for a basic iced... coffee. The coffee had clearly been sitting there all morning and was watered down and terrible. Read more
Incompetent, rude, slow service. 15 minutes for a shot of espresso. No apologies, just excuses like, "we're short-staffed."... Well, how does that make YOU look? You're not getting my sympathy because you don't have the ability to serve me while yougladly take my money for your grossly overpriced drinks. This location has got to be an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand. Read more
