I went to get a Caramel Frappuccino, the drink was lacking taste so I asked for a caramel crunch Frappuccino. The barista made... it and you can clearly see the difference because the drink wasn't blended well. Totally unacceptable. I will no longer come tothis location. Bad vibes and attitudes. Read more

For the love of god how can a coffee shop not have a restroom.
Used to come to this Starbucks often until I moved away, but I was there this morning, and was very disappointed. The staff has... completely changed. No greeting walking in. I asked for napkins and was ignored. Then my drink was wrong but I hopped back inline for this to be corrected and then purchase something else and was completely ignored again. I waited over 20 minutes forthe same person to come back and ask me what I wanted. Completely rude!!! Not to mention I had just spent 40$. I will not beback here again, plenty of Starbucks within a mile I rather go to like the one on Sheridan. I went there after the rude serviceat this location. I was welcomed and then asked them if they could fix my drink. They gladly did!!! And they gave me napkins. Read more
Staff is generally friendly, but prices have gone up and portions have gotten smaller and smaller. My nitro is constantly under... filled and I?m done with bucks! Not worth the price for water with a splash of coffee. Read more

i came to this location this morning with a personal cup and while the cashier was so nice and kind and did not dismiss my... personal cup, the baristas behind the counter were talking amongst eachother and one of them told the other "i think these arestupid" and the other said "i agree" talking about my personal cup. this just made me feel embarrassed & not want to come tothis location for using my own cup. it was literally a starbucks cup like who cares? i think you should teach your baristas tobe mindful of what they're saying as i was standing not close to them and still overheard. it was very rude and honestly made mefeel a little embarrassed.
