Six people working but extremely slow on the baristas and this morning. The poor guy making hot drinks kept messing everyone's... orders up which pushed orders back. Maybe you have someone on the drink station who has a better handle on what they're doing.This location has been so good but at least the last month but then today was just a flop. Read more

I wanted to take the time to recognize this location's staff's great work. This location has unmatched positive energy and... chemistry. The staff is efficient, professional, energetic. The baristas try their best to make your drink as quickly and asbest they can. Thank you for the great coffee. Always exceptional. I always have a very pleasant experience here. I haven?t had an issue with this Starbucks! Service is great,... not long waits, and never had a messed up drink. The baristas at this location make the best coffees compared to other Starbuckslocations. They?re also so sweet and welcoming. The employees are so nice and always remember the regulars' names. This Starbucks has recently been remodeled. I love this location. The staff is ????????. They are so friendly and make you feel... like part of a family. The remodel is beautiful and the staff are always really nice. Plopping down and working for a few hours isn't as easy as it... used to be but a great place for a coffee date. Read more

I recently went to go get some drinks for me and my dad and I will not be coming back. First off the cashier was very snappy and... rude. I didn?t get his name but he was a tall guy with long black hair and he had it in a ponytail to the side. He told me theycouldn?t accept cash unless it was the exact amount so I gave him the exact amount but as I was counting my change he appearedto look bothered and when I handed him the money he snatched the money off my hands and the change and didn?t even count it andput it in the drawer. Than he proceeds by saying ?Thank you? in a condescending manner. Then they messed up my order. They gaveme two tall drinks when I asked for a venti and a grande. Then to top it off the drinks didn?t even taste good. I?m not sure ifthey rushed the drinks since they got the order wrong in the first place but I will definitely not be returning. This Starbucksalso has a sign outside of the door saying ?Just Opened? you would expect better customer service from a place that justopened/reopened. Read more

I decided to wait a week to write this to see if it was worth it or not. It is. I have the mobile app and order the same ?venti... shaken espresso no ice? as my ?favorites? and it?s made consistently throughout the many Starbucks?s I?ve been to. Friday (9/3)I decided to order form the 1001 armitage location (which is notoriously slow) on my way to an appointment I had at 9am and iordered at 8:23am (the mobile app said to pick up at 8:36) , I got there, waited, talked to the guy handing out the mobileorders, confirmed what I had and repeated my coffee order to him, he asked again if I mobile ordered, I said yes, then I went toshow my receipt because it was 8:52 and I was now running so late If I didn?t leave at that moment I?d forfeit my prescheduledappointment I had made months prior. he said I didn?t order it even though I had a confirmation ?pick up? so I walked away, thereceipt loaded, and I showed it to him and he got mad at me because I ?didn?t say I had ordered that?. Which I did because 1.It?s in my app favorites, and two it?s the only drink i get. So thanks the gaslighting, for being wrong and getting mad at mefor it, for wasting my time, and giving me this pictured coffee made incorrectly. Read more
