Asked for 2 raw sugars to be put in the latte when I ordered and the woman said the sugar was on the side. I said i wanted it ... in the cup before they pour it in. She wrote it on the cup. The barista totally ignored the order and when she called my name, Iasked her if it had the sugar in it per the order, she said the sugar was on the side. I?m annoyed that the baristas asStarbucks can follow the stupidest request for a finicky order, but can?t be bothered to follow through the simplest when it?scalled out in the order. It?s totally disrespectful: Read more

Came here to find they are out of what makes half of their cold special drinks with no suggestions of what we could do to make... the best of the order, so we made our own drink. Sitting here and working on my computer, the lady behind the counter ischewing gum and excessively popping a bunch of mini bubbles very loudly in a quiet room. Very annoying when I am trying toconcentrate on work. Read more

The baristas here deserve a raise!! Especially the ones with the hot pink and lilac purple hair. Their service was great, even... when a rush of customers came through. Read more

Great location, but unfortunately the incompetence of the staff ruins this Starbucks for me. I get the same drink every time, a... matcha latte with strawberry puree blended into vanilla cold foam. Usually this costs $9-11 for a Venti (not sure why it?s neverthe same price but whatever), which I?m fine with paying. However, one of the staff members (the one who wears red lipstickevery day) tried to charge me $17 for this exact drink, and when I brought up how an $8 price difference doesn?t make sense, shequickly got an attitude with me. When I came back the next day when she wasn?t working, the drink was $9. It?s absolutelyunacceptable to miscalculate a drink?s total by $8 and then put the blame on the customer. Read more

Typical Starbucks experience. Too long of a line and too long of a wait for a Sunday morning.

Most shifts are ok, but every now and then you come across real specimen that have little care for the customers and the company... and are plain rude. Dear lovely ladies that worked on the morning of Sunday March 14, please rethink your attitude and startbeing nicer to people. When you ring up the wrong drink, apologize, save face and don't argue or make customers go back to theline... And when you have an elderly lady customer ( in front of me), try not to roll eyes if she is slow to place an order.Basic human decency.. Read more

I normally don't review Starbucks but this one just had such a lovely atmosphere. For being inside a Target there's a bunch of... little nooks to sit in and quietly work. The main area has big windows looking out on to the river and it just add to thealready calming vibe of the place. My order came out quickly and was delicious! Also one of the nicest Starbucks employees I'veever met! He was super chill, really friendly and just added to the great experience of the place. (Thanks T.o!) Read more
