I got a brown sugar oatmilk espresso shaken, and it was very well made. The staff was also friendly and efficient.
I honestly didn't mean to leave a bad review. but they always have some problems, they always confuse orders. I am always in a... hurry and order through the app and when they mix up the order ok sorry and make me my order please. the last two times Iwaited 20 minutes for them. very lazy staff. Read more
A run-of-the-mill Starbucks. Because of the location it can get crowded, but employees are generally nice/friendly, and it?s... conveniently located close to Northwestern Hospital and a block west of Lake Shore Drive. Like any Starbucks, the drinks can beon the expensive side but are usually good. Read more
Obviously no one knows how to make a plain black tea drink there that it took me an hour to get my order despite that there... weren?t that many people there. They simply forgot about my order which is really frustrating.. Read more
They close down all the time, adjust their own hours, and disable mobile ordering. As someone who lives next door, this is... inconvenient/frustrating when I?d like to get coffee in the morning. Basically happens every other week at least. Since that?sthe case, better to make room for a local coffee shop/small business who can actually keep their doors open. Since I?ve moved ina few months ago, they must have closed down about 10 times. Can?t even count how many times mobile ordering wasn?t availableand/or hours were adjusted without a stated reason. I have never had any issues at Starbucks before until today. The person who took my order was very rude and made me feel rushed.... She also got my name completely wrong and kept yelling it out incorrectly. When I corrected her, she rolled her eyes at me. Verydisappointed at the customer service at this location. Read more
Really a hit or a miss, depending on the day / time you go. Don't be surprised if you get served just hot milk instead of tea /... coffee if the store is manned by some of the bad ones. Read more
