She remembers my name (out of the hundreds of customers... they get) and even asks me about things we discussed on my last visit. This is a small Starbucks connected to the Jewel and okay in a pinch, small, no seating. Prefer the drinks at Broadway and... Roscoe, better seating and care with drinks. Read more
Terrible. very slow service. Maybe my worst starbucks experience in the 15 years I've been going. So that's impressive.
This is unfortunate, because the coffee isn't bad, it's okay. But, they just dont have any space to sit down, also the busy... supermarket across doesn't help all, its chaotic and hard to chill out at. Read more
Do not come to this Starbucks. The Barista refused to give me a straw because Starbucks is going strawless. All their cups are... made with plastic and their drink stoppers use hard plastic. The message that Starbucks should have is proper recycling not toremove straws. I do not like drinks touching my enamel. Once the pandemic passes I am looking for a new daily coffee shop. Read more
It's horrible! we moved with my husband across the road from the coffee shop, and thought it was so good! that we will be so... close next to delicious coffee! But it is disgusting. although we never skimp and tip. The first time I was made coffeeinstead of almond milk with the usual! although for me it is very important, I can?t do the usual! and the second time thebarista simply did not know what an ristretto is! and he made me three cups of espresso in one cup.
