One of my least favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff aren?t the best and don?t always seem like they want to be there. Every other aspect is great (seriously, no sarcasm), but? I can?t give it higher than two stars until they fix the trash can... problem. After the remodel, there?s one trash can on the north interior. Not going to work for a heavily trafficked Starbuckswith a pair of patios. This problem also contributes (along with the very popular Jeni?s) to the overloaded can in front of thewest Southport Brown Line stop exit. Granted, this problem is shared with the alderman (of which, the alderman has the lion?sshare of the problem) - there needs to be another can added to the west Brown Line exit. This is one of the best Starbucks locations in Chicago. It was recently remodeled. Has a very friendly staff, clean & quiet.... Busy enough for people watching but relaxing enough to have a true coffee house experience! It also has a pretty substantialoutside area to take in the street life. I give this location 5?? Thus Starbucks used to be grest Starbucks now with nee people its horible dirty homeless people coming in and touching the... orders on top of it they never do the order right ypu ask easy on ice or no ice you still get ice they have no intention to fixa drink they assume you don't see the drink is not made as you asked and they just waive on fixing it.. Extremely slow. Tons of staff robotically filling online orders but ONE person handling the long line of walk-up patrons during... rush hour. What gives? It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a single cup of coffee. If there's more than three people in line,open the other register, for chrissakes. Read more
