I purchased 5 items from Jewel. At the self check-out my items rung up wrong. I asked the worker 4 help. He said u have 2 get... an extra item 4 the sale price. I said outloud I will, he says yeah I guess u will. I didn't reply. I really wanted2. Themachine didn't print my receipt, I told him that while walking 2get the other item. Instead of him saying excuse me here's yourreceipt he just follows me 2 the back of the store. After walking down the 3rd lane he then gives me the receipt. I did go backa couple of days later. He wasn't there. That staff was nice n friendly. I've been coming 2 this location since it was built nonly once encountered a bad experience. He doesn't need 2 b a staffer if he's rude. Read more

Got coffee this morning and spilled all over my car. The cup they used was bent and wore out on top making the lid not stay on.... Also the bag they used was ripped and broken and my sandwich fell out also onto the floor of my car. Read more

I came here with all intention to get further away from my apartment, and into a different environment to do work at a cafe.... This Starbucks was the only one I knew of near me, yet in a different neighborhood. Upon entering it struck me as a peacefulplace attached to a Jewel - Osco that is noneless crowded compared to other Starbucks locations. Not the biggest Starbucks, butit works just the same as the bigger locations. Lucky me! I came during happy hour and got an extra coffee due to there beingbuy one get one free. Definitely was not expecting that and I will be feeling the aftermath of it when I cannot sleep tonight.As for my order I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha, but debated on the Pumpkin Spice Latte prior to deciding. The White ChocolateMocha tends to be my go-to drink during many of my visits at all Starbucks locations because of its taste. The wifi at thislocation can be accessed with Jewel - Osco or even Starbucks. My phone connected fine, but my laptop on the other hand could notconnect, which I cannot complain because I understand that signals can be a hit-or-miss at times. In the meantime, it will nothinder me from visiting in the future because I enjoyed my visit and felt very welcome and entertained by the baristas and ditzyregulars that were present during my visit. Love this location . Very fast . The young lady today was very nice. Had a hazelnut Frappuccino and she made my day ! You?d be... surprised how many Starbucks cannot make this drink . I thought hazelnut was a common flavor , but some locations don?t have it. I was able to get in and out very quickly and not worry about being Kate to work . Thank you again ! Read more
