Reviews for Starbucks in Chicago, IL
Plenty of clean seats, free wifi with good signal, outlets near seats. Friendly staff with quick prepping of food and drinks. My... one complaint is the very loud pop radio music in speakers right above all the seats. I had to put on my headphones and earplugs and could still hear it. I wish it had a quieter calm relaxing music. Read more
Nice, large Starbucks. A few tables inside and several more outside in their patio spot- pretty unique set up. Really nice and... conveniently located. Seems busy most of the time because of its location but overall, good service. Usually can order throughthe mobile app but sometimes they turn it off if they?re short staffed. Read more
The cashier seemed inexperienced and didn't know what a London Fog was. As a result, she made the wrong drink. When I asked for... it to be fixed, she implied it was my fault. Then she said she'd fix it this time without me needing to pay for a new drink, asif it was my mistake. I understand everyone needs to learn, and mistakes happen, but her blaming me and the attitude displayedchanged an understandable mistake into a very poor experience. Read more
Staff closed early - made a rude announcement at around 1:35, that that would he closing in ?15-20 minutes ish?, then 1 minute... later walked through and rudely asked me and other guests to get my stuff together and leave. We promptly cleared out - therewas no mention of why they closed at about 1:49 on a Friday, and no advance notice. The Starbucks app says they are open till7pm today. Read more

Great location, wonderful employees, but please, for the love of all the gods, please turn the music down in the store a bit.... Every Starbucks is already kinda loud just due to the store designs, but this was next level. The poor folks behind the registerare straining to hear. Read more
Tried Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino. It was delicious, smooth, perfectly balanced.
Home away from home what can I say! It?s always cozy and friendly and there?s always people to talk to. I?m hooked on my mocha... and will occasionally try some pastries. My pumpkin bread is my favorite and next favorite they don?t all carry chocolatecovered graham crackers what a special treat. I appreciate they have outdoor seating here in TN Read more
