Don't buy from this Starbucks they have a Roach infestation saw them on the counters. They were spraying Grease lift on the... counters which is not what it supposed to be used which is probably why they have roaches. They need to close this Starbucksdown. Read more

I?m always having a problem with this Starbucks one day they charge me for water and then another day they do? Last summer they... didn?t fill my order all the way up on a very berry and the guy continued to proceed that he was right, I?m guessing because Iasked for no ice. Then this time around I asked for a Trenta passion tea lemonade and they gave me a venti size I asked thebarista if this was a trenta she said yes. Rude barista denied refill saying I can't get a refill for brewed coffee since my original drink was iced caramel macchiato and... I can get a refill for brewed coffee only if the original drink is brewed coffee. Have never heard this one before even aftergoing to dozens of Starbucks. The official policy says you can get brewed coffee refill regardless of original drink. Iunderstand this Starbucks is in a target so if you don't participate in the refill program that's okay and you can say that butthere is no need to be rude about it and definitely no need to come up with your own weird policy logics.
