Amazing staff. I feel so welcome every time I come in! The atmosphere the staff has created (particularly the morning staff-... which is SO needed in the morning to start the day right) is so positive and upbeat. If every Starbucks could have the team this one has, I would be happy. As simple as coffee is, it's hard to find staff that... appreciate and engage with the customers. This is up to and including them full on supporting those in need. There is a StreetWise vendor who is a mainstay in the morning. We've raised money for him to get medical care and now he started his own businesswith his son. Might not be possible if there wasn't community support like there is at this location. Read more
As far as Starbucks locations go, this one is very good for reliability, friendliness and speed. I've never had a wrong order... and rarely had to wait (even when clearly very busy). Because it's a triangular location to fit the intersection, it's a bit ofa weird layout that often muddles customers placing orders in-store and waiting to pick up online orders. It is also veryaccessible by walking, but not as much by driving because of the busy roads and street parking surrounding it. Read more
Was told by the bar partner I ordered my drink incorrectly. Honey, I've worked here 8 years. Read my sticker correctly. Or at... least clarify with your register partner before you try and correct me, thank you. My remake however was delicious. Beveragequality 5. Handoff partner was amazing. Register was amazing.
