Got order wrong and waited 20 minutes, then you can?t call them and get hold of the store because the line is perpetually ?busy?
Came to try new autumn menu. It was so good. Orders are preparing fast. The shop is decorated very beautiful
1/5 only gave it one star because you can?t leave it blank. Actually the slowest starbucks I have ever been too. I alway order... my drink at least 10 minutes in advance and 9.5/10 times it is not yet ready when i arrive. Just today I ordered a drink andwaiting for 25 minutes and I had to leave without my drink because I was going to be late. They are always very crowded, which Iunderstand, however; the baristas all move extremely slowly and do not handle the orders with efficiency. I hate coming here Read more
Mitzi is wonderful! She always makes my drink perfect! She is in a small Starbucks inside of Jewel but people go there... specifically for her! She needs to be appreciated more or Starbucks is going to lose her! Read more
My Iced Mocha was warm and the Carmel Frappuccino was missing Ingredients inside. It tasted like frozen ice water with whip... cream and carmel drizzle on top. Waves at management. Read more
Often out of ingredients and can?t place orders through mobile for that reason. Also there are narrow stairs to climb to go in;... so it?s not stroller or wheelchair accessible. When they have the ingredients, the drinks are fine Read more
Waited 15min for a drink, I saw the lady was making others?s drink whose cups behind me, about 4 or 5 people who ordered after... me. I understand salty cream was taking extra time, but it turned out she gave me sweet cream? I saw she used the blander tomake salty cream but gave to someone else maybe? so what?s the point of waiting that 15 minutes? Super mad of watching so manypeople behind me grab their drinks and left, I was waiting for that long and got a wrong drink !!!! Read more
